Nowadays most application is carried out using Information Technology (IT). Through efficient electronic networking such as Internet, people are able to communicate and interact efficiently in terms of time. Through IT, all process is now done rather effectively via electronically. This project is to develop electronic Sistem Penilaian Prestasi (e-SPP) for lecturers in Faculty of Information Technology. The process that involved in this system is fixed annual performance expectations or "Sasaran Kerja Tahunan (SKT)", performance evaluation and achievement of staff job. The main person in this system is an evaluated officer and evaluator officer. This system involves three time processes which are first, mid and final of the year. During the first year, evaluated officer should fill up the Annual Job Expectation in Sasaran Kerja Tahunan form. During the mid year, the Annual Job Expectation will be reviewed. If there are any changes, evaluated officer can add new target or delete the unnecessary target. All of this is done in Laporan Penilaian Prestasi (LNPT) form. For the final year, evaluated officer should complete the Laporan Penilaian Prestasi form. After that the evaluator officer will evaluate the staffs' performance based on their annual job expectation.
